ENERGY BLOCK #1
LACK OF FULFILLMENT. Life is too short to do something that doesn't bring you joy. There is a natural need in us to want to "do something" with our lives, especially after your base, low-level needs are met. Only then, can you truly "go for it"! The problem is most of us DO have those base needs met...and still fail to make our lives happen on our terms.
ENERGY BLOCK #2
OTHER PEOPLE'S ENERGY. What a wonderful world it would be if we didn't have to deal with people? No! We are perfectly imperfect beings and the sooner you recognize that, the faster we begin to enjoy life. If everyone in the world did "the right thing" according to you, it would be a world neither of us want to live in.
ENERGY BLOCK #3
UNCERTAINTY OF THE FUTURE. Some of us are not in control of our thoughts, actions, and destiny. With your short-term needs always on your mind, it's nearly impossible to focus on a huge goal you may have - loose weight, stop smoking, make more money, spend more time with family/friends, etc.
How To Conceivably Defeat Mental Breakdown, Overcome Overwhelm, and Rise Above Toxic Negativity in a Selfish World
I know what you mean, and it's easy to feel angry, frustrated, or depressed when you're in that state of mind. To be honest...IT'S COMPLETELY NORMAL! We can't control how we feel most of the time (you're not a monk). We definitely can't change the way others spew their poisonous dispositions all over us and the rest of the world.
You may have heard this fallacy before but I'll refresh you for now. In the Franklin-Covey psychology courses, there is a major concept they cover called "Carry Your Own Weather". The premise goes something like this: If you encounter a negative stimulus, you know the stimulus won't change, so you have to change how you react to the situation (usually a person or toxic environment). It's telling us that all we can control is our internal environment, not the outside world. In some respects, this is SUPPOSED to be true.
They are failing to mention one major tenant of psychology, that is if you are continuously exposed to a stimulus (positive or negative), that stimulus will sink into your subconscious forcing you to deal with it or live by it. Unfortunately, this is true and there is not much we can do about it IF the environment doesn't change.
Having said that, let's go deeper. Could YOU create such a high vibration that you could ultimately change the environment instead of the environment changing you?! I'm not talking about will power here. I'm talking about a more meaningful aspect of you...PURE AUTHENTIC VIBRATION OF YOUR ENERGY.
