Real Freedom vs. The Illusion of Freedom (Feels strange at first) – How do you know if you’ve got “real freedom” or not? More Money, Less Work – When you look at your bank account and realize, “There’s still money left in here. A lot of money.” It will change your whole outlook on your life. You’ll realize the days of checking your banking app to see how many overdraft fees you racked up for the week, are over. When you separate the act of physically going to a building to do work to make money, YOU will realize that life is WIDE OPEN for you to experience. You see, when you’re shopping, buy groceries for the family, come home, then observe that there is MORE money in the account after you’ve just bought perishables for the family, it changes everything! You’ll discover you never had to travel to a building you hated, work with people you didn’t like, or rush back from vacation under the threat of termination. I want you to buy back your freedom!

The Value Of Time On Earth

Time (THE BIG ONE) – Of all the parts of life we’ve discussed, TIME is the one thing we can’t “roll back”. It keeps going at the same speed every second, minute, hour, week, month, and year that we live. We’ve all been given different “banks of time” with which to live life, and most successful gurus would say we’re wasting it building someone else’s dream. I’d have to agree on that.

As I look around at my friends, relatives, and social feed…I realize people are masters at throwing away their time. And the biggest time-suck of all…YOUR JOB! Stop…I know what you’re going to say, “I’ve got bills to pay!” “This house ain’t gonna pay for itself!” “Working hard is a virtue.” These are all deceptive platitudes meant to help you cope with the fact that your occupation is nothing more than a milder form of slavery!

Let’s look objectively, your “admin”, supervisor, overlord…whatever…determine how long you can stay on vacation, when to come back from lunch, how long your breaks should be, what you can or cannot say for the sake of being professional, and on top of all that, some of them can tell you, “No! You cannot go pee!”. The only thing missing from this scenario is the WHIP! And you don’t think this is modern-day slavery?

Again, you CAN buy your time back!

The Feeling of Power – When you’ve done all of the tenants above, it’s going to result in a tremendous feeling of power. With power comes confidence.
